Everything on Alpha Shelf from our eBooks to website design, graphics, logos, and content belongs exclusively to us. You don’t own any of it just because you bought or viewed it. You’re getting a limited, non-transferable license to use our digital content for personal educational use only. You cannot redistribute, modify, sell, publish, or share our content anywhere, even if you’re trying to be helpful. Plagiarism, piracy, and unauthorized commercial use are strictly prohibited. Once you purchase an eBook, you’ll receive instant access to it in a downloadable digital format (PDF or similar). You can read it across devices, save it for offline learning, and print it for personal use. But you cannot share it online, send it to friends, or upload it to platforms like Telegram, YouTube, or forums. Each copy is for individual use only, just like your student ID card. Our system may track downloads and prevent misuse. We’re serious about protecting our authors’ work, and expect you to be, too. Think of it like Netflix, you can use it, but you can’t leak it.
All payments made on Alpha Shelf are secure and processed via trusted payment gateways. Prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and may change based on seasonal offers or updates to content. Once you pay and receive the download link, the sale is considered final. We don’t charge any hidden fees or subscription costs. The price you see is what you pay. We don’t store your card, UPI, or banking information that’s handled entirely by our payment processor. If a discount or coupon is available, use it before checkout. We cannot apply it retroactively. Pricing fairness is important to us, and we always try to keep it student-budget friendly.
Since our products are digital and instantly delivered, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once the product is accessed or downloaded. We encourage you to read product descriptions and previews carefully before making a purchase. In rare cases where a transaction error occurs (like double payments or failed downloads), contact us within 72 hours for support. We’ll review each case individually and assist you accordingly. But in general, all sales are final. Just like with movie tickets, once you’ve entered the theatre (aka downloaded the book), there’s no going back. If you ever face access issues, we’ll happily resend your product.
